m	maurizio ippoliti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo a Palinuro in vacanza e ieri sera per aver ingerito una spina di pesce son dovuto andare all'Ospedale di Vallo della Lucania. Sono arrivato intorno alle 22,30 e subito al Triage mi hanno sottoposto al tampone Covid. Dopo 15 minuti sono stato visitato da una dottoressa rianimatore per un primo esame, prelievo del sangue per le analisi e un elettrocardiogramma. E' stato necessario chiamare dalla reperibilità l'Otorino che è giunta nel giro di 15/20 minuti. Il tutto rientra nella normalità ma non sempre, purtroppo, è così. La differenza è che ho trovato un ambiente altamente professionalizzato, dagli infermieri ai medici tutti molto disponibili. Un particolare apprezzamento è dovuto verso l'Otorino che ha saputo rimuovere il corpo estraneo. Che dire, spesso è facile parlar male quando le cose non funzionano, in questo caso devo riconoscere tutta la mia gratitudine per la disponibilità e professionalità del personale tutto. Non pensate di fare "pronto soccorso" perché devi aspettare. E chissenefrega tanto NESSUNO CONTROLLA. Chi chiacchiera, chi passeggia, la gente che aspetta... Benvenuti al pronto soccorso di vallo della lucania. Un altro inutile commento negativo. Aggiungo: Reparto ginecologia addirittura peggio! C'è uno che di "dottore" non so nemmeno se ha il pezzo di carta. Di una precarietà mai vista. Ma come fanno chi abita vicino? Mah Welcome to the emergency room of vallo della lucania. Prima ti dicono che non hanno nemmeno un buco per ricoverarti, poi però ti fanno firmare, specificando che sei TU che rinunci al ricovero. Al pronto soccorso non c'è campo, i telefoni non funzionano, bisogna uscire fuori, almeno per avvisare i familiari. Ero tutta dolorante, stavo male, ma mi hanno lasciata in piedi, perché non c'erano sedie! Nemmeno una di plastica. Non vedevo l'ora di andarmene. Trovate qualche amico che vi riaccompagni a casa, perché per un passaggio in macchina chiedono minimo 50 euro .Mai più! Bad experience. A dicembre, con la fine delle esenzioni, si vedono cose strane. Soprattutto nel reparto di Ortopedia, dove regna l'improvvisazione e l'abuso. Medici e infermieri sono sporchi e incompetenti. Bene la vigilanza privata all'ingresso. Unica nota positiva. Mandate gli ispettori al quarto piano. Some departments should be absolutely closed, and some of the staff fired. Ero affetto da una terribile lombo sciatalgia che mi impediva la corretta deambulazione, costretto a ricorrere giornaliermente ad antiloroficici. Ricoverato in Day surgery e assistito dalla Dott.ssa Michela Spadaro, a cui va tutta la mia stima per la professionalità e per il Suo personale merito di trasmettere serenità al paziente. Affidato poi al reparto di Neurochirurgia, Diretto dal Dott. Vincenzo Martino, per la ozono terapia, con sorpresa ho notato che il letto in camera è stato dotato al momento anche del materasso oltre che da lenzuola e di quant’altro necessario, a beneficio di in’igiene perfetta. Tutto ciò con l’assistenza di infermieri cortesi ed efficienti, anche a tranquillizzare pazienti particolarmente apprensivi. Analisi del sangue, elettrocardiogramma, tampone covid19 e tutto quanto necessario in tempi celeri. Infine il Neurochirurgo Dott. Eugenio Capobianco mi ha esaminato e, dopo un’accurata indagine della risonanza, mi ha illustrato la procedura del trattamento a cui sono stato sottoposto con un sorprendente immediato risultato di benessere. (all’ospedale sono giunto zoppicando accompagnato da mio fratello) GRAZIE dottori e Personale non medico del SAN LUCA, mi avete ridato il sorriso ma, soprattutto la fiducia nella Sanità pubblica che, purtroppo, in altri Presidi avevo perso!
