La struttura infatti non è una farmacia pubblica ad accesso libero ma un struttura che eroga servizio erogato solo per particolari situazioni. L' organizzazione del servizio non tiene conto della sua specificitá.
 Access always involves long lines. The staff is always small and often unprofessional and helpful. In fact, the structure is not a public pharmacy with free access but a structure that provides a service provided only for particular situations. The organization of the service does not take into account its specificity.
