Voglio anche consigliare agli utenti che si sono trovati in difficoltà per disservizi o eventuali mancanze, che possono inviare tramite U.R.P. (ufficio relazione con il pubblico) di Pistoia, un reclamo anche telefonico ( 800-012146 ) entro 15 giorni dalla presunta mancanza.
Mio malgrado ho dovuto accompagnare la mia ragazza al pronto soccorso e sono rimasto scioccato, personale dispotico e molto pregiudizievole, quasi impossibile instaurare un dialogo, attese lunghissime per poi uscire con lo stesso problema con cui si è entrati e con poche delucidazioni su il male di cui si soffre.
Sembra quasi che uno vada al pronto soccorso per divertimento e non per reale necessità.
Mi spiace allo stesso tempo parlare così del personale sanitario ma la mia esperienza è stata pessima.

In spite of myself I had to accompany my girlfriend to the emergency room and I was shocked, despotic and very prejudicial staff, almost impossible to establish a dialogue, very long waits and then come out with the same problem with which one entered and with few explanations on the evil of which one suffers.
It almost seems that one goes to the emergency room for fun and not for real necessity.
At the same time, I'm sorry to talk about the health personnel like that but my experience was very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso l'ospedale San Jacopo di Pistoia, mi è stata fatta una Pancolonscopia in sedazione cosciente dalla dottoressa Carolina Bensi, coadiuvata dagli infermieri Fabio Parlanti e Antonio Guastini. Efficienza, professionalità, puntualità e gentilezza di tutti gli operatori mi hanno dato prova della serietà e dell'umanità con cui il reparto è guidato dal dottore Mario Lombardi. Onore al merito di una "struttura" che funziona e che mette al centro delle sue attività la competenza, l'empatia e il rispetto della Persona Umana. Complimenti anche al direttore generale dell'Ospedale San Iacopo.
At the San Jacopo hospital in Pistoia, I was given a pancoloscopy in conscious sedation by doctor Carolina Bensi, assisted by nurses Fabio Parlanti and Antonio Guastini. The efficiency, professionalism, punctuality and kindness of all the operators have given me proof of the seriousness and humanity with which the department is led by Doctor Mario Lombardi. Honor to the merit of a "structure" that works and that places competence, empathy and respect for the Human Person at the center of its activities. Congratulations also to the general manager of the San Iacopo Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appuntamento fissato alle 9, puntualissimi ,informazioni perfette, tutto organizzatissimo, data intervento (banale intervento!) fissata dopo soli 15giorni! tutto perfetto... ah caspita ho sbagliato ospedale questo era in Germania! no no qui c'è da rivedere giusto qualcosa! meglio non rivedersi proprio! imparate dai tedeschi!
appointment fixed at 9, punctual, perfect information, all very organized, intervention date (trivial intervention!) fixed after only 15 days! everything perfect ... ah wow I was in the wrong hospital this was in Germany! no no here there is just something to review! better not to see each other again! learn from the Germans!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please, don't ever go there as a foreigner!!!I went there in June because of a tonsilitis and fever. The english skills of the staff are very, very poor. After five hours of waiting they gave me "medecine for everything", which was paracetamol. Back home my doctor gave me antibiotics cause my tonsels were highly inflamed.
