R	Rosy Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata molto negativa riguardo alla dottoressa Troise, endocrinologa, secondo me poco professionale, maleducata ed arrogante. Sconsigliatissima. Stesso dicasi per alcuni medici ed infermieri del Pronto Soccorso. Dipende dalla fortuna che hai nel trovare chi è di turno. Esperienza abbastanza positiva riguardo ai medici e soprattutto gli infermieri del reparto Medicina generale e Neurologia che, pur lavorando in condizioni difficili, si fanno in quattro per i pazienti. A loro va un doppio ringraziamento. My experience was very negative about Dr. Troise, an endocrinologist, in my opinion unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Highly not recommended. Same goes for some doctors and nurses in the emergency room. It depends on how lucky you are in finding who is on duty. Quite positive experience regarding the doctors and especially the nurses of the General Medicine and Neurology department who, despite working in difficult conditions, do their utmost for the patients. A double thanks goes to them.

Sono arrivata in condizioni d' anemia con necessità di trasfusione immediata, e voglio esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutto lo staff del reparto, innanzitutto per la pulizia, l'organizzazione, la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale medico e infermieristico. A mio parere è un reparto d'eccellenza della nostra città. Ringrazio tutti di cuore. Emergency Medicine Department. I was hospitalized at the San Paolo for about a week in the emergency medicine ward. I arrived in conditions of anemia with the need for immediate transfusion, and I want to express my gratitude to all the staff in the ward, first of all for the cleanliness, organization, professionalism and kindness of the medical and nursing staff. Sono sempre pieni, c'è sempre tanta gente e di tutti i tipi ... non stanno fermi un secondo e riescono comunque a essere disponibili, gentili e molto pazienti. Nel via vai di persone, mentre ero seduta con la flebo, mi ha colpito una piccola targhetta con il nome di una dottoressa deceduta nel 2019. Ho chiesto se fosse morta per il covid e mi hanno risposto che è deceduta a causa della tubercolosi contratta proprio in sede di lavoro :( Grazie per tutto quello che fate I don't know how the hospital works, and I hope I never know, but they are very good in the emergency room. They are always full, there is always a lot of people and of all kinds ... they don't stand still for a second and still manage to be helpful, kind and very patient. In the comings and goings of people, while I was sitting with the drip, I was struck by a small plate with the name of a doctor who died in 2019. I asked if she had died from the covid and they replied that she died of tuberculosis contracted precisely at work :( Thanks for everything you do
V	Vittorio Milone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always tend to err on the generous side in my reviews but this one is inevitable, especially for the ER area. I am aware that there are budget cuts all around the public health system but unfortunately I had to experience this place quite often in the past few years and would really like to see a clear improvement in the quality of the staff, the way they handle patients and sometimes even the cleanliness and the compliance with hygiene guidelines in a potentially critical area. Of course I am speaking in general as there are notable exceptions but patient care is often a team effort and even a small mistake of a team member can lead to very serious or even fatal consequences in seriously-ill people.
