Alla presente risponde la portinaia del ospedale Bufalini di Cesena, che rifiuta di fornire il numero diretto adducendo di essere stata incaricata dagli stessi di fare da filtro per le telefonate in entrata. Assurdo, poco professionale e disumano. Giustifica con " le ragazze non possono rispondere". Una stella è obbligatoria, altrimenti non avrei potuto pubblicare. La malattia non conosce giorni feriali. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito. :) Reparto di radiologia comodo ed efficiente. Il Laboratorio Analisi con infermiere molto gentili e competenti e disponibili!! :) Molto bene! Dopo essere stati al Malatesta e al San Lorenzino, devo assolutamente fare i miei più sinceri complimenti a tutto il personale. Gentili, presenti, cordiali. Lo lasciavamo tranquille e in buone mani. Sempre in ordine, pulito, curato( dalla barba al pannolone), sempre presenti. Grazie My father, 81, hospitalized in the facility. After having been to the Malatesta and the San Lorenzino, I absolutely must give my sincere congratulations to all the staff. Kind, present, cordial. We left him in peace and in good hands. Always tidy, clean, well-kept (from beard to diaper), always present. Thanks

Nel caso in cui un parente si incarichi di assistere il proprio malato congiunto deve sostituirsi al personale, che si ritiene libero di non occuparsi del paziente. Maleducazione da parte del personale che si preoccupava di festeggiare una collega passeggiando per la sala d’attesa con pastìccini, bibite e chiacchiere in totale mancanza di rispetto nei confronti delle persone (anche pazienti) lì presenti certamente non per loro scelta! In ultimo, la totale mancanza di attenzione del personale verso una paziente (mia mamma) in fin di vita, che non si è neppure accorto del decesso avvenuto sicuramente molto prima di quando mio babbo se ne è reso conto facendole visita! Nessuna stella (una solo per dovere di cronaca!) Poor professionalism and availability of staff towards patients and relatives. Lastly, the total lack of attention of the staff towards a patient (my mother) at the end of her life, who did not even notice the death which certainly took place long before my father realized it by visiting her! No stars (just one for the record!)
