Visto che più di una volta hanno sbagliato a farmi le richieste di alcuni esami, e dopo averlo fatto notare, mi hanno pure dato la colpa a me xchè nn ho specificato quali esami del sangue volevo fare ( da quando in qua deve sapere il paziente cosa richiedere? ?) ! … Due pescivendole … con tutto il rispetto per chi vende il pesce ! …. Da domani cambio medico … Secretaries is a big word…. two rude and incompetent peasants ... I too have been treated badly! Cambio dottore e scelgo uno degli associati dell'ambulatorio, chiamo e parlo con una segretaria chiedendo come comportarmi vista l'influenza e qualche linea di febbre, mi invita a richiamare il pomeriggio all'arrivo del medico e così faccio, ottimo mi risponde il medico stesso al quale spiego i sintomi e lui stesso mi invita a recarmi in ambulatorio per visitarmi. Arrivo, mi siedo e paziento, scopro che tutti quanti avevano un appuntamento, così mi rendo conto che non sarei più stata visitata, lo faccio presente ad una segretaria la quale mi chiede di attendere, dopo altri 40 minuti le chiedo di fornirmi un appuntamento visto il presentarsi di altre persone con appuntamento, al che spunta l'altra segretaria infermiera (o chi che sia) sia inveendomi contro che non mi sarei mai dovuta presentare li viste le mie condizioni, con il sostegno delle persone in attesa, trattata come una ladra.. a nulla è valso spiegare che sono andata lì sotto indicazione del medico stesso, ho chiamato ben 2 volte per accertarmi sul da farsi, fate bene attenzione alle persone che inserite per i contatti con il pubblico, e spiegate loro di fornire informazioni prima di aggredire verbalmente le persone.
