Visto che se non sbaglio ci sono 3 poltrone per le donazioni, 1la userei per i prenotati e le altre due per i non prenotati.
Donare è una bell'azione, ma quando arrivi alle 7.30 ed esci alle 10 perché devi far passare tutti i prenotati , per quel che mi riguarda , non diventa più un piacere .
Competent staff, a suggestion
Since if I am not mistaken there are 3 seats for donations, 1 I would use it for those booked and the other two for those not booked.
Donating is a good deed, but when you arrive at 7.30 am and leave at 10 am because you have to get all those booked, as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't become a pleasure anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale.tutto gentile, effettivamente la struttura è un po' vecchiotta, meriterebbe una bella ristrutturazione. Anche il punto di ristoro meriterebbe una stanza e non ne corridoio.
The staff.all kind, actually the structure is a bit old, it deserves a nice renovation. Even the refreshment point deserves a room and not a corridor.
