M	Manuela Morri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In radiologia per una ecografia prenotata ho atteso più di mezz'ora nonostante l'appuntamento e la sala d'attesa con tutte persone arrivate dopo di me. Inoltre per precedenti ecografie in altre strutture mi è stato subito consegnato il referto. Qui mi hanno fatto attendere un'altra ora in sala d'attesa solo x la consegna del referto SENZA IMMAGINI ECOGRAFICHE. Tempo totale perso x una banale ecografia: quasi due ore. Dulcis in fundo per il pagamento il pomeriggio è funzionante SOLO la cassa automatica in cui NON funziona né la lettura della tessera sanitaria né il pos. E nonostante un loro disservizio se sei di Rimini non puoi effettuare il pagamento nelle casse automatiche di Rimini xchè dicono che non ricevono poi copia del pagamento.onestamente non credo che accetterò più appuntamenti in questo ospedale,quantomeno non in radiologia. Non do una stella solo xchè mi auguro di essere stata sfortunata io e che normalmente l'ospedale funzioni diversamente. Me lo auguro fortemente. In radiology for a booked ultrasound I waited more than half an hour despite the appointment and the waiting room with all people who arrived after me. Furthermore, for previous ultrasound scans in other facilities, the report was immediately delivered to me. Here they made me wait another hour in the waiting room just for the delivery of the report WITHOUT ULTRASOUND IMAGES. Total time lost for a trivial ultrasound: almost two hours. Last but not least, for the payment in the afternoon ONLY the automatic cash machine works in which neither the reading of the health card nor the pos. And despite their disservice if you are from Rimini you cannot make the payment in the automatic teller machines in Rimini because they say that they do not receive a copy of the payment. I honestly do not think I will accept more appointments in this hospital, at least not in radiology. I do not give a star just because I wish I was unlucky and that the hospital normally works differently. I strongly hope so.

L'organico è professionale, gentile e disponibile. A volte si ha la sensazione di essere quasi a casa. Il posto è tranquillo rispetto ad altri ospedali vicini. Una cosa non da poco. Evaluating a hospital is very difficult because it is not a store. I can tell you about my experiences or those of my family, always good and positive. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. Sometimes one has the feeling of being almost at home. The place is quiet compared to other nearby hospitals. One thing is not easy.
M	Maria Rosalba De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che valutare l'operato di un ospedale non è la stessa cosa di come si potrebbe valutare un qualsiasi altro tipo di attività commerciale. Detto questo passo al punto. Io, essendo di Rimini e abitando poco lontano dall'ospedale trovo molto più funzionale l'ospedale di Santarcangelo che quello di Rimini. Il pronto soccorso è molto più veloce e funzionale, almeno per quanto mi riguarda. Tutte le volte (poche), ma meglio così,nel giro di poco tempo sono stata presa in carico, a Rimini prima che ti considerano passano ore ore, ma tante ore, più che un pronto soccorso si può chiamare soccorso, nell'arco della giornata o nottata, dipende quando si va, si può essere presi in considerazione. Trovo molto funzionale il reparto radiologia, per avere una TAC nel giro di qualche giorno si ha, negli altri ospedali vicini .....l'attesa è molto più lunga. Un'altro reparto che trovo molto buono è la chirurgia senologica, c'è un bravissimo medico. Gli esami si possono fare tutti i giorni dalle 7,30 fino alle 9. Gli operatori sanitari sono gentili, disponibil, non ho mai trovato persone arroganti. È un presidio ospedaliero molto efficiente, meglio di quelli più grandi, non è dispersivo, soprattutto è funzionale, forse più ridotto. I state that evaluating the work of a hospital is not the same as how you could evaluate any other type of business. Having said this step to the point. I, being from Rimini and living not far from the hospital, I find the hospital of Santarcangelo much more functional than that of Rimini. First aid is much faster and more functional, at least for me. Every time (a few), but it's better that way, in a short time I was taking charge, in Rimini before they consider you spend countless hours, but so many hours, more than an emergency department you can call for help, during the day or night, depending on when you go, you can be taken into consideration. I find the radiology department very functional, to have a CT scan within a few days, in the other nearby hospitals ..... the wait is much longer. Another department that I find very good is breast surgery, there is a very good doctor. Exams can be taken every day from 7.30 until 9.00. The health workers are kind, helpful, I have never found arrogant people. It is a very efficient hospital, better than the larger ones, it is not dispersive, above all it is functional, perhaps smaller.

T	Tiziana Montagnino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo personalmente, proprio oggi ho subito una nodulectomia in anestesia locale e devo proprio dire che l'equipe medica è stata fantastica, non mi sono neanche accorta. Molto cordiali e professionali. Anche le infermiere che mi hanno seguito sono state super gentili e disponibili. Sembra una clinica privata. Non è bello stare male di salute ma se succede è sicuramente importante stare in una buona struttura. I speak personally, just today I underwent a lumpectomy under local anesthesia and I must say that the medical team was fantastic, I didn't even notice. Very friendly and professional. The nurses who followed me were also super nice and helpful. It looks like a private clinic. It is not nice to be ill but if it happens it is certainly important to stay in a good structure.

Il servizio comunque è buono. Consiglio di arrivare un po' prima e armarsi di un po' di pazienza e di farsi notare se si é in stato "interessante". Come se fosse colpa sua se provava dolore proprio in quel momento. Oltre alla DIAGNOSI A CASO, avete minimizzato sintomi, massacrato le vene e ridotto tutto al Covid. Questa è la prima volta in vita mia che faccio una recensione e non servirà a niente ma io spero che non trattiate così altri persone.
