The house is well-kept, spacious and very welcoming, very close to the train station which can be reached on foot in a few minutes and therefore excellent for getting around Florence without the need for a car.

Vaisselle, draps et linges compris avec internet. Inconvénient : voisins très bruillants, terrasse avec vis à vis sur terrasses des voisins et salle de bain d'un voisin, pas de parking privé et deuxième couchage dans l'entrée de l'appartement. Das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße mit immensem Verkehrsaufkommen. Einen Parkplatz zu bekommen ist ein Glücksspiel. Fahrräder können nicht untergestellt werden. Die zweite Schlafgelegenheit liegt im Eingangsbereich. Positiv ist der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof nach Florenz. Price performance for the apartment is good. The description and the pictures are rather misleading. The house is on a thoroughfare with a lot of traffic. Getting a parking space is a gamble. Bicycles cannot be parked. The second sleeping facility is in the entrance area. The short way to the train station in Florence is positive.
