Purtroppo la camera in cui ho soggiornato presentava scarsa manutenzione con vari segni di intonaco scrostato e macchie di umidità sul soffitto. Appena salito in camera ho notato che il gabinetto era sporco di escrementi e una volta chiamato i responsabili mi è stato risposto che l'idraulico aveva fatto alcuni lavori (non vedo cosa centri e comunque avrebbero dovuto controllare prima che arrivassero i clienti) e che fino al mattino successivo non sarebbe venuto nessuno a pulire e quindi di arrangiarmi con i prodotti che trovavo in un pouf sul pianerottolo; in ogni caso il giorno dopo non si è presentato nessuno. Lo sconsiglio per l'attenzione al cliente e sicuramente non ci tornerò. The structure looks good and the staff is courteous. Unfortunately the room I stayed in was poorly maintained with various signs of peeling plaster and damp spots on the ceiling. As soon as I got into the room I noticed that the toilet was dirty with excrement and once I called the managers I was told that the plumber had done some work (I don't see what centers and in any case they should have checked before the customers arrived) and that until the next morning no one would come to clean and then make do with the products I found in an ottoman on the landing; in any case, no one showed up the next day. I do not recommend it for the attention to the customer and I will definitely not go back.

Abbiamo speso 45€ per una stanza umida e sporca, sprovvista di televisore e climatizzatore. Il bagno era sporco e otturato.il soffione della doccia cadeva continuamente. Letto scomodo e lenzuola sporche. Polvere dappertutto. Minifrigo sprovvisto della doppia presa e quindi inutilizzabile. Bad experience. Poor customer focus. They constantly change secretaries. We spent € 45 for a damp and dirty room, without a TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was dirty and clogged, the shower head was constantly falling. Uncomfortable bed and dirty sheets. Dust everywhere. Mini fridge without double socket and therefore unusable.
P	Prof.Zoccolella Margherita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esternamente struttura nuova ma le camere da subito con problemi la serratura andava forzata per permettere l’apertura della porta stanza umida senza finestre senza aria condizionata senza asciugacapelli nel bagno e due bustine di sapone per l’igiene personale . Doccia microscopica con il soffione che cadeva in continuazione, per non parlare dello scarico del bagno che subito si otturava per una struttura nuova e di recente costruzione. R	Rosa Piccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nuova senza dubbio, ma messa molto male, ci sono problemi ovunque, dal bagno, allo scarico, alle serrature, alle lampadine, alle porte e un infinità di cose, per non parlare della pulizia... molto male! Ed il proprietario è molto sgarbato... non consiglio per niente questo posto, soprattutto se volete farci soggiornare parenti che vengono da lontano come ho fatto io, direi che 1 Stella è anche troppo! New structure no doubt, but very badly done, there are problems everywhere, from the bathroom, to the drain, to the locks, to the light bulbs, to the doors and an infinity of things, not to mention the cleaning ... very bad! And the owner is very rude ... I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you want to let relatives who come from far away like I did, I would say that 1 Star is even too much!
