Family atmosphere .. very trained instructors ... every month there are excellent promotions .. for both new members and old subscribers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frequentata per alcuni anni..discreta la sala pesi e buoni gli istruttori. Sanitari, docce e spogliatoi abbastanza decisamente insufficienti. I corsi di difesa personale (Krav Maga, Etc) non li vedo neppure pubblicizzati sul sito (spero di sbagliarmi..) e cmq vengono tenuti la mattina. Questi sono sufficienti anche se dubito possano essere efficaci specie per le donne nelle situazioni di una reale aggressione
frequented for a few years..discreet the weight room and good instructors. Sanitary, showers and changing rooms quite decidedly insufficient. The self defense courses (Krav Maga, Etc) I don't even see them advertised on the site (I hope I'm wrong ..) and anyway they are held in the morning. These are sufficient even if I doubt they can be effective especially for women in situations of real aggression

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a fare palestra molte volte... tutte le volte ho abbandonato dopo 20/30 giorni.
Alla Leogym ho trovato un ambiente particolare, direi familiare. Lo spirito di Giampaolo (il boss) é questo, ci si sente parte di una grande famiglia, ci si saluta tutti (anche i novizi) quando si entra e quando si và via (in generale ?)... e gli istruttori sono sempre molto attenti a chiunque ci sia in sala, pronti a correggere piccole o grandi imperfezioni.
Sto facendo palestra da quasi 2 anni... un vero miracolo (e con risultati fantastici... ho messo su 8 kg di massa muscolare in piu in 22 mesi)....
poche parole possono descrivere questa palestra : eccezionale, divertente, amicale e con la certezza di essere seguiti sempre molto bene.
Veniteci e non la lascerete piu.
ps mia madre ha 79 anni e ci viene da 23...anche altre famiglie vengono (padri e figlie, zie e nipoti).... stupendo
I started doing gym many times ... every time I left after 20/30 days.
At Leogym I found a particular environment, I would say familiar. The spirit of Giampaolo (the boss) is this, one feels part of a big family, one greets everyone (even the novices) when one enters and when one goes away (in general ?) ... and the instructors are always very attentive to anyone in the room, ready to correct small or large imperfections.
I have been working out for almost 2 years ... a real miracle (and with fantastic results ... I put on 8 kg of muscle mass more in 22 months) ....
few words can describe this gym: exceptional, fun, friendly and with the certainty of always being followed very well.
Come and do not leave it anymore.
ps my mother is 79 years old and comes from 23 ... also other families come (fathers and daughters, aunts and nephews) .... wonderful

We found this gym through a friend and I must say it is the only one. The staff is qualified, kind and helpful at affordable prices. But this gym is worth the gold so I recommend it to everyone. Thanks a lot to all the staff ❤️❤️
