Pulizia eccellente il posto auto privato all'interno è top considerando che le strisce bianche più vicine sono a 500 mt e che sono sempre occupate anche perché tutto il resto dei parcheggi stradali è assegnato ai residenti e necessità di pass o sono pagamento orario. Ottimo rapporto Qualità prezzo la proprietà disponibile gentile e cordiale a nice brand new residence It is about 600m from the center, about 800m from the sea of San Vito and about 5km from the beach of Macari It offers perfect solutions for both a couple and a family. Excellent cleaning the private parking space inside is top considering that the closest white stripes are 500 meters away and that they are always occupied also because all the rest of the street parking spaces are assigned to residents and need passes or are paid by the hour. Excellent value for money the property is helpful, kind and friendly

Valore aggiunto il balcone con sedie e tavolino che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Very close to the beach and on the main street of San Vito lo Capo, despite its proximity to the center it maintains a perfect tranquility to relax and enjoy the view! Added value was the balcony with chairs and small table which we really enjoyed.
