 Nice little family-owned cheese dairy. It's more about quality than quantity. Hopefully it stays that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs hier Käse eingekauft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Käsesorten konnten alle eingeschweißt werden und der Geschmack ist wirklich sehr gut! Führungen durch die Käserei sind ebenfalls möglich, an dieser haben wir allerdings nicht teilgenommen.
We bought cheese here during our vacation. The staff was very friendly, the cheeses could all be shrink-wrapped and the taste is really very good! Guided tours through the cheese dairy are also possible, but we did not take part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner Familienbetrieb mit großartigem Käse aus Milch vom eigenen Südtiroler Grauvieh. Neben dem kleinen Hofladen, findet man den Käse von Learner auch in einigen Geschäften in der Umgebung - einfach mal darauf achten oder nachfragen. Falls die Öffnungszeiten des Hofladens nicht passen, einfach kurz anrufen, die Leute sind sehr nett und flexibel.
Small family business with great cheese made from milk from their own South Tyrolean gray cattle. In addition to the small farm shop, you can also find Learner cheese in a few shops in the area - just pay attention or ask. If the opening hours of the farm shop don't fit, just give us a quick call, the people are very nice and flexible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerchiamo un caseificio locale per prendere un po’ di formaggio il 4 gennaio (quindi in piena stagione turistica invernale): arrivati davanti al caseificio troviamo un cartello con scritto chiuso fino al 10 gennaio. Non avevano modificato gli orari di apertura su Maps, quindi abbiamo fatto la strada per niente. Arrivati di fronte al caseificio, vediamo 4 persone che lavorano all’interno, cerco di chiedere conferma del fatto che fosse chiuso: ci guardano e non ci rispondono
We are looking for a local dairy to get some cheese on January 4th (therefore in the middle of the winter tourist season): when we arrive in front of the dairy we find a sign that says closed until January 10th. They hadn't changed the opening hours on Maps, so we made the way for nothing. Arriving in front of the dairy, we see 4 people working inside, I try to ask for confirmation that it was closed: they look at us and do not answer us
