Il vero bio, consiglio specialmente i prodotti di latte di capra e le loro tome speciali, che io mi faccio spedire direttamente a casa. Yogurt and cheeses so good that I haven't stopped since I tried them the first time. The real bio, I especially recommend goat's milk products and their special toma, which I have sent directly to my home.

Adoro lo yogurt e ne ho provati molti, da quelli da supermercato a quelli artigianali prodotti da varie aziende locali e non, ma tutti avevano quella punta di acido di troppo oppure troppo pieni di zucchero da risultare forzatamente gustosi. Gli yogurt Korban, invece, sono delicati e cremosi e possiedono un bilanciamento perfetto di dolcezza e acidità, che rendono questo prodotto davvero eccezionale e dal sapore unico! Tra i vari gusti il mio preferito è quello al naturale dove si può gustare l'autentico sapore di latte! Davvero squisito!!! ? All Korban products; fresh cheeses, semi-seasoned and seasoned, are a masterpiece of delicacy and taste, but if there is one of their products that I can no longer do without are yogurt. Gli yogurt sono gustosi e leggerissimi con marmellate sempre della zona, tutto ottimo. Ottime le robioline ed il benedettino avvolto nella cera d'api, consigliatissima la visita alla cella di stagionatura scavata sotto la momtagna. Giuseppe e Ioana, con cui ho avuto il grande piacere di chiacchierare durante la degustazione, hanno lasciato la cittá per aprire questo caseificio in montagna, complimenti! Molto suggestiva la chiesetta. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti per raggiungerli da Cortemilia, ne vale davvero. The yoghurts are tasty and very light with jams always from the area, all excellent. The robioline and the Benedictine wrapped in beeswax are excellent, a visit to the seasoning cell dug under the mountain is highly recommended. Giuseppe and Ioana, with whom I had the great pleasure of chatting during the tasting, left the city to open this dairy in the mountains, congratulations! The church is very impressive. It takes about 15 minutes to reach them from Cortemilia, it is really worth it.
