★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io li ho trovati tutte le volte scortesi e saccenti, sia per telefono sia di persona. Essere gentili con chi vi chiede qualcosa (ed è intenzionato a comprare) non vi costa nulla. Essere antipatici, invece, vi costa eccome; perché io andrò da un'altra parte d'ora in poi.
I have found them all the times rude and wise, both by phone and in person. Being nice to anyone who asks you for something (and intends to buy) does not cost you anything. On the other hand, being unpleasant costs you; because I will go elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver ricevuto dei pattini da hockey in regalo per Natale (Bauer) ho cercato sul google chi fornisse il servizio di affilatura lame a Milano. Sono stato attirato dalle recensioni che dicevano che in questo negozio si trovava gentilezza e professionalità. Il negoziante, appena io ho estratto i pattini dalla borsa, ha iniziato seccamente a commentare pesantemente che erano duri e non adeguati (su che base poi?) ferendo così mia moglie che mi li ha regalati. Senza mai chiedere il mio livello di pattinaggio su ghiaccio è poi sparito dietro il negozio ad affilare le lame. Lo ho dovuto rincorrere per chiedergli che tipo di profilo mi avrebbe applicato. Sinceramente per 20 € per affilare le lame (tantissimo) mi sarei aspettato uno diverso trattamento. Dopo aver pagato ho dovuto richiedere lo scontrino fiscale.
After receiving some hockey skates as a gift for Christmas (Bauer) I searched on google who would provide the blade sharpening service in Milan. I was drawn to the reviews that said that kindness and professionalism was found in this shop. The shopkeeper, as soon as I took the skates out of the bag, began dryly to comment heavily that they were hard and not adequate (on what basis then?) Thus injuring my wife who gave them to me. Without ever asking about my level of ice skating, he then disappeared behind the shop to sharpen the blades. I had to run after him to ask him what kind of profile he would apply to me. Honestly, for 20 € to sharpen the blades (a lot) I would have expected a different treatment. After paying, I had to request a receipt.
