Infatti la proprietaria ti accoglie con sorriso e ti mette subito a proprio agio, inoltre io dovevo partire per un viaggio particolare (RUSSIA) e a differenza delle altre agenzie si è subito messa all'opera per organizzarlo nel migliore dei modi dal Visto all'assicurazione ecc e cercando le soluzioni migliori sia economicamente che di qualità. Ho prenotato un viaggio per 4 ragazzi 17enni, ho chiesto se la conferma di partenza doveva farla mio figlio ma la titolare ha insistito che l'avrebbe fatta lei in quanto servizio offerto dall'agenzia, l'ha ribadito più volte. I biglietti, non per nostra richiesta, sono stati dati a un quinto amico e mio figlio l'ha ricevuto alla partenza. All'imbarco ha dovuto pagare quasi 60€ e ritenersi fortunato perche non c'era stato overbooking, il suo biglietto non era stato confermato. L'ho fatto presente a un dipendente dell'agenzia e sarebbe finito tutto li se avessero fatto delle scuse, invece mi è stato detto dalla titolare che sono una mamma irresponsabile perche non controllo. Abbiamo organizzato il nostro viaggio circa 2 mesi fa, e Francesca con la sua pazienza, professionalità e presenza costante (a qualsiasi ora della giornata) è riuscita a conciliare tutte le nostre esigenze dai diversi aerepoorti di partenza, è riuscita a soddisfare le nostre aspettative per l'alloggio e soprattutto ci ha seguiti fino alla fine su tutte le nuove direttive causa covid. Quindi che dire? Quando professionalità e gentilezza sono alla base di tutto, non c'è molto altro da aggiungere.. Ah dimenticavo Francesca è presente anche durante la nostra vacanza, per assicurarsi che sia tutto ok, cosa volere di più? Provare per credere. 5 stars are not enough to review this travel agency.
