★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno lasciato grossi problemi irrisolti: In particolare dei faretti Viabizzuno incassati nel controsoffitto avevano un carter che non ci stava per gli impianti esistenti, quindi sono durati solo 4 anni e nessun elettricista era in grado di intervenire. Ho scritto loro diverse volte senza ricevere riscontri. Questa per me è mancanza di serietà e professionalità, dato che hanno fatto l’intero progetto illuminotecnico del mio appartamento. Non hanno nemmeno cercato di trovare una soluzione quando si sono accorti che il carter non poteva entrare nello spazio esistente, quindi ho dovuto arrangiarmi da sola col mio mobiliere creando un carter su misura che però pare abbia accorciato la vita di questi LED. Devo dire che Dopo questa recensione e dopo aver contattato direttamente Viabizzuno, magicamente si sono fatti vivi e mi hanno mandato un tecnico, quindi stanno risolvendo il problema. Per questo ho modificato la mia recensione e apprezzo che mi abbiano assistita. Evidentemente le recensioni servono! Grazie Google! ;)
They left me with big problems unresolved: In particular, the Viabizzuno spotlights recessed into the false ceiling had a casing that did not fit the existing systems, so they lasted only 4 years and no electrician was able to intervene. I have written to them several times without receiving feedback. For me this is a lack of seriousness and professionalism, since they did the entire lighting project for my apartment. They didn't even try to find a solution when they realized that the casing couldn't fit into the existing space, so I had to fend for myself with my furniture maker by creating a bespoke casing which, however, seems to have shortened the life of these LEDs. I must say that After this review and after contacting Viabizzuno directly, they magically showed up and sent me a technician, so they are solving the problem. For this I have edited my review and I appreciate that they have assisted me. Obviously the reviews are useful! Thanks Google! ;)
