Non v'e' nulla di piu' piacevole scoprire che quella voce diceva il vero, che la fiducia riposta non e' stata delusa, e che quelle pagine web prendevano forma quasi come se fossi stato in quel negozio. La resa sonora dei diffusori nella saletta, ad essere sincero, non mi ha particolarmente entusiasmato, tuttavia essendo affezionato al marchio poiché felice possessore di una coppia di piccole Indiana Line Nota 260, ho deciso di acquistarle (c'è da considerare che i diffusori nuovi hanno bisogno di un periodo di rodaggio prima che possano esprimersi al meglio). Purtroppo a distanza di una settimana mi accorgo che uno dei due diffusori presentava una scalfitura al cabinet, in corrispondenza di un angolo alla base. Chiamo in negozio per segnalare il fatto è vengo in breve messo in contatto con il servizio di assistenza dell'Indiana Line, che in pochissimi giorni mi fa pervenire a domicilio un diffusore di ricambio, e contestualmente alla consegna dello stesso ritira quello danneggiato, il tutto con spese di spedizione a carico dell'azienda, che tra l'altro si scusa per l'accaduto. Complimenti pertanto ad Hi-Fi D'Agostini per la disponibilità, e 10 e lode all'Indiana Line per l'assistenza impeccabile che fornisce agli acquirenti. I recently purchased a pair of Indiana Line Tesi 661 loudspeakers at this shop, after listening to a hearing test in a specially set up room. The sound performance of the speakers in the room, to be honest, did not particularly impress me, however, being fond of the brand as the happy owner of a pair of small Indiana Line Nota 260, I decided to buy them (it must be considered that the new speakers they need a break-in period before they can perform at their best). Unfortunately, after a week I realize that one of the two speakers had a scratch on the cabinet, at a corner at the base. I call the shop to report the fact and I am shortly put in contact with the Indiana Line assistance service, which in a few days sends me a spare diffuser at home, and at the same time as it is delivered, collects the damaged one, all with shipping costs charged to the company, which among other things apologizes for the incident. Congratulations therefore to Hi-Fi D'Agostini for availability, and 10 and praise to Indiana Line for the impeccable assistance it provides to buyers.
E	Enzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite il loro sito un subwoofer B&W ASW610, attualmente in rodaggio ma ho avuto modo di ascoltarlo da qualche amico ed è un ottimo prodotto. L' acquisto è stato estremamente semplice e veloce e mi hanno seguito passo passo tramite whatsapp fino alla consegna a casa dimostrando un chiara attenzione per il cliente, che non è sempre scontata. Segnalo, inoltre ,che la consegna è avvenuta molto velocemente trovandomi il sub sotto casa il giorno successivo. Se aggiungiamo che il prezzo di acquisto era inferiore alla media (e lo è per molti altri prodotti!!) non posso che dare 5 stelle :) Sicuramente, per il mio prossimo acquisto, sarà il primo negozio che visiterò. Un GRAZIE allo staff che mi ha seguito e alla prossima. I bought a B&W ASW610 subwoofer through their website, currently running in but I got to hear it from some friends and it's a great product. The purchase was extremely simple and fast and they followed me step by step through whatsapp until delivery at home, demonstrating a clear attention to the customer, which is not always taken for granted. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the delivery took place very quickly as I found the sub under the house the next day. If we add that the purchase price was below average (and it is for many other products !!) I can only give 5 stars :) For sure, for my next purchase, it will be the first shop I visit. Thanks to the staff who followed me and to the next one.
