Pessima esperienza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo il furgone l'ho pagato oro ma dopo quasi un mese ancora non mi hanno restituito i soldi della caparra. Solo dopo aver riconsegnato il furgone mi dissero inoltre che c'era un limite di chilometraggio e ho quindi dovuto pagare di più a mia insaputa. Sconsigliato a tutti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso un furgone a noleggio per mezza giornata. Riconsegnato senza danni nè problemi, con il pieno appena fatto. A distanza di una settimana ricevo richiesta di risarcimento danni che non mi sono stati contestati alla restituzione e di cui non ero a conoscenza. Oltre a ciò non ho ancora ricevuto la restituzione di quanto trattenuto. Totale del danno quasi 1.000 euro, per aver noleggiato un furgone per poche ore senza praticamente essere sceso. Naturalmente secondo loro sono sempre dalla parte della ragione, per come la vedo io una truffa legalizzata. Ultima volta con Hertz.
