Edit: mi dispiace per l'inconveniente che ha avuto, tuttavia se usa google per indicare gli orari della sua attività deve essere pronto a comunicare eventuali imprevisti e cambi d'orario sulla piattaforma esattamente come ha fatto con il cartello affisso alla porta quel giorno. Grazie e buona giornata.

Edit: I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have had, however if you use google to indicate the hours of your activity, you must be ready to communicate any unexpected events and time changes on the platform exactly as you did with the sign posted on the door that day. Thank you and good day.

Una volta, avevo ordinato un tessuto da loro e qualche mese dopo mi servivano proprio 2 metri di quella stoffa per completare un lavoro. Avevo cercato sul loro sito ma era finito, allora li avevo contattati e gentilmente non solo mi risposero ma erano anche riusciti a fare il possibile per aiutarmi, cercando nel magazzino e trovando l’ultimissimo avanzo, poi l’avevano caricato sul sito mandandomi il link per poterlo acquistare… Ero rimasta meravigliata, veramente bravi. Ah, poi sul sito se ti registri hai la possibilità di guadagnare dei punti quando fai acquisti così da poterli trasformare in sconti, trovo che sia molto carino anche quello. Ciaooo
I have been shopping online from them for 2 years now and I am just fine. Customer service is really good. Once, I ordered a fabric from them and a few months later I just needed 2 meters of that fabric to complete a job. I had searched on their site but it was finished, then I had contacted them and kindly not only answered me but they also managed to do everything possible to help me, looking in the warehouse and finding the very latest leftover, then they had uploaded it to the site by sending me the link to be able to buy it ... I was amazed, really good. Ah, then on the site if you register you have the opportunity to earn points when you shop so you can turn them into discounts, I find that very nice too. Ciaooo
