R	Roxana Emanuela Presecan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel periodo si chiusura nn c’è nessuno da contattare... mi sono trovata a fare benzina senza che mi venga erogato il carburante e neanche lo scontrino... nn avrò modo per riscuotere i miei soldi ... ho deciso pure di asciugare i miei vestiti alla lavanderia self-service ma visto che nn funzionava nemmeno ... il tempo per spostare la roba da un macchinario al altro... la macchinetta si è preso 20€ senza erogare uno scontrino ... in poche parole sono rimasta fregata di 30 € in una sola volta !!! L	Libero Zannetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo comportamento di tutto il personale, alla panda twin air a metano di mia moglie hanno controllato il livello dell'olio e le hanno aggiunto 2 litri di olio da 10 euro al litro non specifico per quel motore quando ne mancava solo mezzo litro. Alle mie rimostranze mi hanno mandato dal meccanico di loro fiducia per togliere l'olio in eccesso. Quest'ultimo mi ha fatto notare che il motore twin air della panda é delicatissimo, necessita di un olio specifico che costa 25 euro al lt e non é prudente girare con quel miscuglio di oli, per ciò ho dovuto cambiare tutto l'olio e il filtro dell'olio. Spesa sostenuta: 141 euro + 20 euro pagati da mia moglie. Riborsati dal gestore di Oil One = ZERO. Cornuto e mazziato! M	Marco Pedota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco al lavaggio auto fai da te. A fine ciclo ho usato un intero gettone per il risciacquo finale "anti aloni" che dovrebbe usare acqua demineralizzata. Potete vedere il risultato in foto: macchie di calcare (e/o altri minerali e/o altro) su tutta l'auto. In passato in altri autolavaggi non mi era mai successa una cosa simile. Probabilmente un malfunzionamento del demineralizzatore, ma sarebbe opportuno che in qualche modo venga segnalato un malfunzionamento del sistema, perché così almeno lo si sa e si procede all'asciugatura manuale dell'auto a fine lavaggio I refer to the DIY car wash. Un disastro, auto nera ricoperta di macchie difficilissime da togliere. Piu' che acqua demineralizzata credo fosse addizionata con sali da bagno. Molto peggio della normale acqua del rubinetto. Sconsigliato. I washed my car and then rinsed it thoroughly with 3 tokens of their "osmotic water". A disaster, black car covered with hard-to-remove stains. Il signore si è dimenticato che offre un servizio e come ci si comporta con un cliente.
