Les prix sont raisonnables (nous avions loué une voiture fin juin début juillet 2019)

Personale cordiale , con carisma, gentile e preparato a soddisfare le richieste del cliente , spiegando e rispondendo dettagliatamente a dubbi o domande da me fatte. La vettura che ho ricevuto,ben tenuta , pulita e tecnologica...meglio di quella che avevo richiesto.Sinceri nel valutare le condizioni della vettura a livello iniziale e finale.Ovviamente spetta anche a noi richiedenti del servizio, rispettare e utilizzare la vettura come se fosse nostra. Sono soddisfatto e sicuramente farò riferimento presso la vostra struttura per un prossimo noleggio. Cordiali saluti

Friendly staff, with charisma, kind and prepared to satisfy customer requests, explaining and answering in detail any doubts or questions I asked. The car I received, well maintained, clean and high-tech ... better than the one I requested. Sincere in assessing the condition of the car at the initial and final level. Obviously it is also up to us requesting the service to respect and use the car as if it were ours. I am satisfied and will certainly refer to your facility for a future rental. Best regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuccio saved the day! I had tried to rent an automatic car from another business in town. When I arrived, alone in the middle of a foreign country, that business told me they did not have an automatic car for me. Nuccio came to save me - picking me up and bringing me to Hertz. There, he helped secure an automatic car for me. I'll never forget his kindness!
