★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente una delusione una perdita di tempo enorme e L’incompetenza dell’operatore nella sede di Caltanissetta ci hanno portato a scartare definitivamente avis come autonoleggio quando un domani ne avremo bisogno! Ore e ore di strada per andare a prendere un auto sostitutiva che ci spetta di diritto per poi arrivare in sede e sentirci dire di ritornare in dietro a mani vuote solo perché chi dovrebbe dare un servizio non è evidentemente ben preparato per svolgere il suo lavoro, arroganza apparte.
Truly a disappointment, a huge waste of time and the incompetence of the operator in the Caltanissetta headquarters have led us to definitively discard avis as a car rental when we need it tomorrow! Hours and hours on the road to pick up a replacement car that is rightfully up to us and then arrive at the headquarters and be told to come back empty-handed just because those who should give a service are obviously not well prepared to do their job, arrogance apart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E la seconda volta e l'ultima che mi noleggio un Auto li! Il pieno la prima volta e la seconda volta non c'era gli mancava una Tacca ,l'ho detto all'Operatore e mi ha risposto che qualche Cliente fa il furbetto!Ma io l'ho consegnata con il Pieno.....chi mele rimborsa i 30€!!??? Peccato che non funziona niente li l'Italia e la piu' bella al Mondo pero '......
And the second time and the last time that I rent a car there! The full tank the first time and the second time there wasn't a Notch missing, I told the Operator and he replied that some Customer is being crafty! But I delivered it with the Full ..... who apples reimburse the 30 € !! ??? Too bad that nothing works there Italy is the most beautiful in the world but ...
