Molto attento a proporre prodotti, soprattutto alimentari siciliani, dando la possibilità a marchi altrimenti difficili da conoscere di entrare nel paniere dei Nisseni. Altra "chicca" è l'introduzione delle casse automatiche, che permettono a chi ha fretta o magari pochi prodotti di fare da sé.
