★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molta poca professionalità da parte dei titolari, non del personale perché il ragazzo che si occupa delle consegne è educatissimo e professionale. Al mio pacato reclamo, alla titolare, per il ritardo nella consegna (ritardo di 2 ore) mi è stato risposto “non me ne frega niente”. Oltretutto subito dopo sono stata richiamata per cancellare il mio ordine alle ore 19.30 dopo un pomeriggio ad aspettare loro (chiamata effettuata alle 17.40).
Very little professionalism on the part of the owners, not the staff because the guy who takes care of the deliveries is very polite and professional. To my calm complaint, to the owner, for the delay in delivery (delay of 2 hours) I was answered "I don't give a damn". Furthermore, immediately afterwards I was called back to cancel my order at 19.30 after an afternoon waiting for them (call made at 17.40).
