★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! I missed a bus on Sunday 10/02/3019 because of the person who was selling the tickets. I asked departure time and he told me 18:20 to agrigento... The I arrived at 18:10 and waited in the cold until 18:30, when I came back to him for more information about the time he checked in the system and the bus arrived at 18:00 and departed at 18:05...
How can you provide so bad service and play with people's time? BTW, no refund for his mistake and I had to take a train really upset.
WORST SERVICE EVER.
