★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla filiale di Caserta abbiamo ricevuto informazioni non veritiere, in quanto riscontrate diverse dalla filiale di Capodichino dove ci è stato evidenziato che spesso i clienti vengono dirottati li nonostante la mancanza delle vetture delle quali ne è stata dichiarata la disponibilità.
From the Caserta branch we received untruthful information, as it was found to be different from the Capodichino branch where it was pointed out that customers are often diverted there despite the lack of cars for which availability has been declared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In verità ci sono stato solo due volte perchè ero appiedato e volevo noleggiare un'auto di qualsiasi tipologia......, ma la prima volta mi fu detto che avrei fatto bene a prenotare con l'APP, la seconda volta non avevano auto disponibili nemmeno per chi aveva prenotato con APP.......spero sia stato solo un periodaccio sia per loro che per me.
In truth I have only been there twice because I was on foot and I wanted to rent a car of any type ......, but the first time I was told that I would have done well to book with the APP, the second time they hadn't cars available even for those who had booked with the APP ....... I hope it was only a periodaccio for both them and me.
