★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio non può essere completamente positivo in quanto non si sono preoccupati di avvisarmi che i loro computer non funzionavano quel giorno sebbene avessi preso appuntamento e mi aspettassero. Prima di me era andato mio padre per la medesima commissione: a lui avevano dato istruzioni differenti da quelle date a me. Ho dovuto insistere telefonicamente e via mail per avere ciò che richiedevo e che giaceva da tempo nei loro archivi.
My judgment cannot be completely positive as they did not bother to warn me that their computers were not working that day although I had made an appointment and waited for me. Before me my father had gone for the same commission: they had given him instructions different from those given to me. I had to insist by telephone and email to have what I asked for and that had been lying in their archives for some time.
