★ ★ ★ ★ ★ II booked and paid for the Hotel Bella Romagna yet in February 2021. 2 days ago, 10 days before the holiday, the hotel sent a message that they refuse this booking (cuz "overbooking") and "booking.com" would contact us to find alternative options. I sent a request to booking.com, the robot replied that they would contact me within 24 hours. It has already been 2 days, no one has contacted either by phone or by e-mail. I tried to call, but just for 5 minutes on a paid number I listened to music and the message that "all operators are busy." I had book a room 5 months ago for my family, paid whole amount, and now I have absolute uncertainty. The child is very upset
