Personale gentile e premuroso. Ho avuto solo difficoltà a parcheggiare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso gli uffici in via del terrapieno basandomi sugli orari del sito in teoria oggi sabato sarebbero dovuti essere aperti....invece fatto giro a vuoto...uffici chiusi!
I went to the offices in via del terrapieno based on the website hours, in theory today they should have been open on Saturday .... instead I went around empty ... offices closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si possono ritirare gli ingombranti nel numero di solo cinque pezzi una volta a settimana in un acittà come Rimini. A Poggio Torriana vanno tutti i giorni ed il servizio funziona benissimo. A Rimini, no. E' un delirio far portare via la roba.
You cannot pick up the bulky items in the number of only five pieces once a week in a city like Rimini. At Poggio Torriana they go every day and the service works very well. In Rimini, no. It's delirious to have the stuff taken away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati negli uffici ambientali siamo stati trattati con ignoranza ,freddezza e soprattutto siamo andati via con assenza di informazioni. Noi chiedevamo e loro rispondevano scocciati e con poca voglia. se un cittadino chiede deve essere informato, anche perché il servizio lo si paga. Spero di non averne più bisogno perché ne sono rimasta schifata.c'e tanta gente che ha bisogno di lavorare mi chiedo perché tenere un posto per persone del genere. Metto una stella perché non si può mettere zero.

We asked and they answered annoyed and with little desire. if a citizen asks, he must be informed, also because the service is paid for. I hope I don't need it anymore because I was disgusted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In caso un bidone della raccolta differenziata "sparisca" qui è dove potete ritirarne uno nuovo. Personale gentile e servizio ben organizzato. Unico neo le sole giornate di martedì, giovedì e venerdì fino alle 14 per tale servizio. Essendo un punto provinciale e non per la sola Rimini avrebbero potuto fare di meglio a livello di giorni e orari
In case a recycling bin "disappears" this is where you can pick up a new one. Nice staff and well organized service. The only drawback is the days of Tuesday, Thursday and Friday until 2 pm for this service. Being a provincial point and not just for Rimini they could have done better in terms of days and times
