β β β β β The apartment was very clean and well kept. Good air con, you could find everything you needed in the apartment. Claudia was very helpful and was able to inform you about all the important sights, buses etc. Would definitely recommend!

I have been visiting quite a lot the northern part of lake maggiore (to be honest, I lived there for a while, some 40 years ago) and I found that this residence was one of the most beautiful I have ever been in: a very modern building, beautifully designed, fits perfect into the environment of Cannero Riviera. We had a very beautiful room, modern kitchen and bathroom with shower, Air-conditioning is available as well as heating, which you might need from October to April. A lift and a garage in the basement is also part of the facilities, you will need to reserve such a car park, as parking on the "free market" in Cannero is extremely difficult. Best of all is the owner, Claudia, the soul of this residence, she is very friendly and helpful, if you should need any assistance, and can be also almost "invisible" if you just want to "switch off". Strongly recommendable!

The whole stay was first class from the accommodation to the welcome we received by the lovely Claudia. The apartment was spotless and Claudia was easily available for any enquiries we had.
We would love to come back for longer next time!

β β β β β The apartment accommodation is situated in a modern, newly equipped house with a pleasant atmosphere and a short distance from the central promenade and the lake.
The rooms are comfortably and modernly equipped, including kitchen, air conditioning, automatic windows and other life facilitating facilities. It also has a balcony with sea views and a great advantage is a place for car parking in underground garages.
You can await a high quality services.

β β β β β We loved Helianthus Residence - the location, facilities, proximity to restaurants and nearby places to visit (including the promenade of Cannero and nearby towns/villages). Best of all - we had wonderful weather - beautiful sunshine and not a cloud in the sky - for over 4 days!
Claudia, our hostess, was most kind and helpful. She ensured our stay was perfect and offered us many suggestions to make our stay excellent!
Highly recommended!

β β β β β Claudia and Davide are amazing hosts. Very friendly, always looking after your wishes and helpful.
The place itself is at a good location away from the main road and with lake view rooms from the first floor. Near to a supermarket and lots of restaurants, and the lake is 5 mins walking. There is underground parking.
The room is very well furnished and extremely clean. We didnt miss anything and its the first time we felt like we could use the cutlery and utensils without having to wash them before.
Thanks for a great holiday and hope to come back again.

β β β β β Holidays during COVID is somewhat special. We were not sure how things would turn out.
But on arrival we noticed our apartment was very clean and that Claudia, our host, took care of everything so we immediately felt safe.
Helianthus Residence is well maintained and has nice apartments, the village is beautiful and the lake magnificent.
We were lucky that Claudia acted as our own 'tourist office'.
We had a very relaxing and nice holiday.
