Man hat einen super schönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore (leider ist die Straße Recht laut, jedoch entschädigt die Aussicht das). Die Wohnungen sind neu renoviert und funktional eingerichtet. Perfect accommodation for couples and families with older children. It has a super nice view of Lake Maggiore (unfortunately the street is quite loud, but the view compensates for that). The apartments are newly renovated and functionally furnished.

Das einzige was mich gestört hat, sind die lauten Klimalüfter im Garten direkt unter den Balkonen zum See hin. Aber wir kommen wieder ??? Very nice and quiet here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything tip top clean. The only thing that bothered me are the loud air conditioning fans in the garden directly under the balconies facing the lake. But we'll be back ???
D	Dennis S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neem in ieder geval een kamer met Meerzicht, anders kan je beter ergens anders gaan zitten. Locatie is goed, alleen soms vervelend dat je voor alle zaken naar de campingsite moet. Kamers zijn goed op orde en het zwembad lekker rustig. Op het laagste niveau staan leuke zitjes en troffen we zelfs een wasmachine aan! In any case, take a room with Meerzicht, otherwise you better sit down somewhere else. Location is good, only sometimes annoying that you have to go to the camping site for all things. Rooms are in order and the pool nice and quiet. At the lowest level there are nice seats and we even found a washing machine!
Z	Zimmermann AEME on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (5 köpfige Fam.)waren 2 Wochen im August 2018. Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Anlage, leider ging die Klimaanlage nur im 1. Stock, womit an angenehmes Schlafen in den beiden im 2. Stock befindlichen Schlafräumen nicht möglich war. Ebenso war das Duschen in beiden Bädern unschön, da zum Einen das Wasser sehr schlecht ablief und man somit schnell im Schmutzwasser stand und zum anderen stand je nach Zeitpunkt kein oder nur unzureichend warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Hinzu kam, dass der Wasserdruck oft viel zu schwach war. Der schöne und saubere Pool stand abends leider nur bis 18.30h zu Verfügung, was wir als etwas zu früh empfanden / gerade nach Tagesausflügen bleibt da relativ wenig Zeit noch bisschen zu baden. Die Badekappenpflicht empfand ich auch als etwas "albern" und störend. In der "komplett" ausgestattete Küche fehlte z.B. ein Kochlöffel. ....und die vorhande Waschmaschine ist in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, dass man sich das 2 mal überlegt, diese für 2,50€ zu nutzen Unterm Strich empfanden wir im Nachhinein, dass bei einem Preis von deutlich über 2000 Euro das Preis-leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr stimmt - einfach zu viele Mängel für unseren Geschmack. We (a family of 5) stayed for 2 weeks in August 2018. Basically a very nice facility, unfortunately the air conditioning only worked on the 1st floor, which meant that it was not possible to sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The showering in both bathrooms was also unpleasant, because on the one hand the water drained very poorly and you quickly got stuck in the dirty water and on the other hand, depending on the time, there was no or insufficiently warm water available. In addition, the water pressure was often far too weak. The beautiful and clean pool was unfortunately only available until 6.30 p.m. in the evening, which we found a bit too early / especially after day trips there is relatively little time to bathe a bit. I also found the swimming cap requirement a bit "silly" and annoying. In the "fully" equipped kitchen, e.g. a wooden spoon. .... and the existing washing machine is in a sorry state that you think twice about using it for € 2.50 The bottom line was that in retrospect we felt that the price-performance ratio was no longer right at a price well over 2000 euros - simply too many defects for our taste.

Per il resto personale disponibile e gentile Wonderful place. As for the bathrooms in the rooms I would suggest an overhaul, given the rust and mold of the shower. Otherwise helpful and kind staff

M	Mirjam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being on the road for almost two days they let you wait half an hour for check in because you can only check in from 4PM onwards. Really? That's ridiculous. If you were to arrive hours early then okay, but making an issue out of half an hour? I don't get it. For this reason only I would not return to this place. It's not the warm welcoming Italian atmosphere that I'm used to.
