★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Выгрузка на 10.00 фикс. Приехал в 8.30 , а уже 14.30 и говорят жди. Вообщем рога и копыта. Так и не выгрузили. Поехал выгружать на другую фирму.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colpa nostra siamo arrivati 3 ore 1/2 PRIMA della prenotazione ma non c'e stato verso di scaricare prima CON RAMPE spesso libere SENZA PASSARE DAVANTI A NESSUNO. All' orario concordato niente, ma solo dopo mezzora del termine scaduto (1.15 durata dello slot) quando il povero autista si e' presentato lo hanno messo in rampa x scaricare nr. 12 palette dandoci poi i docs dopo un altra mezz'ora. Ricarico saltato ma tant'è . P.S. Al telefono non rispondono mai (cade la linea sempre!!) Mi domando Cosa serve prenotare ? Con tutto il dovuto rispetto se il servizio che danno è questo spero di non andarci troppo spesso!!!
Our fault we arrived 3 1/2 hours BEFORE booking but there was no way to unload first WITH RAMPS often free WITHOUT PASSING IN FRONT OF ANYONE. At the agreed time nothing, but only after half an hour of the expired term (1.15 duration of the slot) when the poor driver showed up they put him on the ramp to download nr. 12 stirrers then giving us the docs after another half hour. Skipped reload but so be it. P.S. They never answer the phone (the line always drops !!) I wonder What do you need to book? With all due respect if this is the service they give I hope not to go there too often !!!
