I cittadini possono richiedere i servizi CAF ad uno dei loro 25 mila Professionisti associati con la qualifica di Incaricati CAF CGN. Il servizio fornito dagli Incaricati avviene con prescrizioni stabilite dalla sede centrale del CAF che ne supporta l'attività e appone il Visto di Conformità ai Modelli 730 che trasmette all'Agenzia delle Entrate. La consulenza é di competenza dello Studio ed é fornita dal Professionista secondo le tariffe professionali degli ordini di appartenenza. La maggioranza degli Studi fornisce anche gli altri servizi Caf per le dichiarazioni: Isee (più di 450 mila dichiarazioni nel 2020), Red, Invciv, Reddito di cittadinanza e di emergenza nonché per altre prestazioni come energia/gas/acqua, sostegno universitario e altre prestazioni degli enti decentrati (regioni, province, comuni).
CAF CGN is known as the largest tax assistance center for professionals in Italy and the third in the general classification with almost one million and 700 thousand models 730/2020 sent to the Revenue Agency with an increase of about 100 thousand returns compared to 730/2019.
