L'unica volta che li ho sentiti, mi avevano promesso di venire, invece nulla, spariti. Sconsiglio vivamente. Poco professionali. Almeno rispondere è educazione. Company not serious, they don't answer the phone, they view on whatsapp and they still don't answer. The only time I heard them, they promised to come, but nothing, disappeared. I strongly advise against it. Unprofessional. At least answering is education.

Abbiamo chiamato semplicemente per liberare lo scarico della cucina mal funzionante, al piano terra di una abitazione singola: l'operatore non è stato in grado di svolgere il suo lavoro facendo pure danni e trovando mille difficoltà per rintracciare la linea di scarico (che altri precedentemente avevano individuato facilmente ). Il tutto pagato SUBITO in contanti (e non poco!). Dopo due mesi di telefonate, prima con il centralinista, poi con il titolare, e una visita in sede per richiedere la restituzione dei soldi o l'esecuzione del lavoro pagato, non abbiamo ancora avuto nessun riscontro, soltanto promesse. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!! Bad experience. We simply called to free the kitchen drain, which was not working, on the ground floor of a single house: the operator was not able to do his job doing damage and finding a thousand difficulties to trace the drain line (which others previously they had identified easily). All paid immediately in cash (and not a little!). After two months of phone calls, first with the receptionist, then with the owner, and a visit to the headquarters to request the return of the money or the execution of the paid work, we have not yet received any feedback, only promises. A	Andrea Furlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta per nulla seria, ho provato a contattarli più volte via mail per un’urgenza e non hanno risposto, sul sito era indicato il numero di telefono per contattarli anche tramite whatsapp e anche qua non hanno mai risposto, ho scritto dell’urgenza su whatsapp come indicato nel loro sito e nonostante abbiano letto non ho mai ricevuto risposta, a tratti ho pensato che neanche esistesse; mi sono rivolto ad altri, ditta vivamente sconsigliata.
