★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto informazioni tramite il canale ufficiale di whatsapp in merito a un cambio ruota di un monopattino Xiaomi Scooter pro 2. Mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti e informato di portare il monopattino per un cambio in giornata della ruota.
Consegnato il monopattino alle 9 e 55. Ritirato meno di 40 minuti dopo.
Centro assistenza cordiale e efficiente. Tornerò qui se sarà di nuovo necessario, nonostante non sia vicinissimo da casa mia. Grazie ☺️

Navigando in rete per cercare, qualcuno in zona, villa gordiani, che riparasse il monopattino elettrico di mia figlia, trovo questo laboratorio, incuriosito vado e espongo il mio problema all'addetto; Lo stesso mi ha detto che si prendeva incarico il mezzo per valutarne la riparazione e il costo. Con stupore, vengo contattato il giorno dopo per ritirare il mezzo già riparato e funzionante. Che dire, complimenti a tutti e sicuramente consigliatissimo. ????? mia figlia ultra felice di poterlo riutilizzare ?

Dovendo risolvere un problema elettronico del mio Xiaomi m365, che si spegneva e non si accendeva più, ho approfittato per fare un salto di qualità nella meccanica: installazione di ruote da 10 pollici e ammortizzatore anteriore. Con estrema rapidità mi hanno restituito un monopattino super comodo e funzionante, come mi aspettavo! Consigliato a tutti i monopattinisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo centro per le riparazioni in seguito ad un incastro della stampante il quale per un paio di mesi me ne ha privato dell'utilizzo.
Sono stato accolto con cordialità e gentilezza ed in neanche due giorni sono stato ricontattato per il ritiro della stampante previa verifica della sua operatività.
Alla base del laboratorio HappyTec non c'è soltanto la professionalità ma, cosa non da meno, anche il rispetto del cliente.
Non ho avuto il tempo, data la fretta, di leggere il nome del ragazzo che mi ha assistito ma mi pare di capire si chiami Walter per cui lo ringrazio nuovamente per la professionalità che ha avuto nel gestire la situazione e raccomando a chiunque ne abbia necessità di recarsi in questo centro, le aspettative non verranno deluse.
I went to this center for repairs following a printer jam which for a couple of months deprived me of use.
I was welcomed with cordiality and kindness and in less than two days I was contacted to collect the printer after verifying its operation.
At the base of the HappyTec laboratory there is not only professionalism but, last but not least, respect for the customer.
I didn't have time, given the rush, to read the name of the boy who assisted me but I understand his name is Walter so I thank him again for the professionalism he had in managing the situation and I recommend it to anyone who needs it. to go to this center, expectations will not be disappointed.

A chiunque a problemi con il suo monopattino consiglio di contattarli perché sono veramente professionali. Dimenticavo il preventivo è gratuito e sul lavoro che mi hanno fatto mi hanno dato anche 3 mesi di garanzia. Il mio voto è 10. Complimenti davvero.
I state that I never do reviews but in this case yes. HappyTec serious, helpful and courteous staff. Anyone who has problems with their scooter should contact them because they are truly professional. I forgot the quote is free and on the work they did to me they also gave me a 3-month warranty. My rating is 10. Congratulations indeed.

Today my problem was a little one and they sorted it out immediately and with no charge as it took just a couple of minutes. This kind of honesty, generosity and way of doing business is very rare but very welcome. Strongly recommend.
