E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da questo parrucchiere un sabato mattina, prenotato con coupon Groupon pacchetto silver (shampoo, maschera, taglio e piega), prendo appuntamento per le ore 11 presentandomi con 5 min. di anticipo. Entrata, la ragazza (unica parrucchiera presente) mi fa accomodare nella postazione lavabi, sta' facendo lo shampoo ad una persona, un'altra persona è seduta in attesa con tinta sui capelli e subito il mio pensiero è: probabilmente ci sarà un'altro dipendente perchè ora che tocca a me, altro che 11! Non errando rimango seduta nella postazione fino alle 11.40, senza nemmeno una scusa per il ritardo da parte della parrucchiera, già nervosa per i fatti suoi! Accetto il ritardo, 15 / 20 min, ci sta', ma non 40, ragazzi! Capisco pure la parrucchiera, ma la cortesia verso il cliente viene prima di tutto! Finalmente dopo questi 40 minuti di "attesa" si ricordano di me, lo shampoo mi viene fatto da un ragazzo appena entato che proprio l'aria e la praticità del parrucchiere non l'aveva, credo fosse un amico della parrucchiera presente o giù di lì....A saperlo evitavo di farmi lavare la testa! Almeno il taglio mi viene fatto dalla parrucchiera, in maniera discreta, ma sempre frettolosa e sbrigativa e per nulla cordiale nei modi. Per farla breve: sconsigliato, anzi sconsigliatissimo! Lo avevo conosciuto con Groupon e se il trattamento fosse stato diverso sarei tornata essendo vicino a casa, ma vista la "gentilezza"....Per carità! A mio parere perché il trattamento è stato fatto frettolosamente, mettendoci la metà del tempo previsto! E	Elisabetta Cau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei come commentare quest'esperienza...Nel pacchetto che ho preso ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro di colorazione in quanto per loro il colore è la ricrescita....In più ho chiesto la piastra ,in quanto con i miei capelli la piega non dura se non faccio la piastra ...ma non c era tempo per farla....Il parrucchiere in ogni caso con il taglio e la ricrescita è stato bravo I don't know how to comment on this experience ... Tornerò sicuramente! From the outside I would never have said it ... instead a very pleasant surprise .. the shop is small but very well studied and the hairdresser who assisted me was super nice but, above all, very very good.
