Mi aspettavo che questo venisse mandato in assistenza, invece il titolare mi ha immediatamente dato un nuovo dispositivo in sostituzione del precedente. Persona gentilissima e disponibile. In negozio ho fatto poi altri acquisti, ottimi prodotti e rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono uscita da lì veramente soddisfatta. Tornerò, anche perché ho addocchiato diverse cose interessanti! I went to Guzzo Servece to ask for a faulty electrical device, still under warranty. I expected this to be sent for assistance, but the owner immediately gave me a new device to replace the old one. Very kind and helpful person. In the shop I then made other purchases, excellent products and value for money. I came out of there really satisfied. I will come back, also because I have had a look at several interesting things!
