★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Führung durch die Produktion mit Herrn Walcher persönlich war sehr interessant. Zur anschließenden Verkostung der Produkte selbst kann ich als Autofahrer nichts sagen. Wir haben aber im angeschlossenen Laden direkt etwas gekauft.
The tour of the production with Mr. Walcher personally was very interesting. As a driver, I cannot say anything about the subsequent tasting of the products themselves. But we bought something directly in the connected shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Grappa (Lagrein) ist wirklich spitze! Wir sind extra von Dorf Tirol nach Eppan gefahren, um direkt vor Ort noch zwei andere Sorten zu probieren. Haben dann auch mehrere (!) Flaschen eingekauft. Leider ist der Verkäufer sehr reserviert - um nicht zu sagen unfreundlich. Da ist nichts vom sonst typischen Südtiroler Charme oder der Gastlichkeit zu spüren. Mit einem guten Verkäufer hätten wir sicher noch den ein oder anderen Grappa probiert (und vermutlich auch gekauft). Aber so hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Verkäufer möglichst schnell wieder seine Ruhe und uns los haben will. Schade! Und bei einem Einkauf von über 100 Euro könnte man ja ruhig auch mal noch irgendeine Kleinigkeit beilegen ... oder aber zumindest freundlich und zuvorkommend sein. Fazit: Erstklassiges Produkt, schlechte Präsentation.
The Grappa (Lagrein) is really great! We drove from Dorf Tirol to Eppan to try two other varieties on the spot. We also bought several (!) Bottles. Unfortunately, the seller is very reserved - not to say unfriendly. There is nothing of the otherwise typical South Tyrolean charm or hospitality to be felt. With a good seller we would certainly have tried one or two grappas (and probably bought them too). But that gave us the impression that the seller wanted to get his rest back and get rid of us as quickly as possible. Pity! And with a purchase of over 100 euros, you could still add a little something ... or at least be friendly and courteous. Conclusion: first class product, poor presentation.

Aber, worum es eig. geht: Ich hatte Bio Himbeergeist und Bio Marillenlikör bestellt. Mit zweiterem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Aber der Himbeergeist geht gar nicht: schmeckt absolut übel, verdorben, ungeniessbar! Ihr solltet mal Eure Chargen checken! Hier der Code:

But what it's all about: I ordered organic raspberry spirit and organic apricot liqueur. I am very satisfied with the second. But the raspberry spirit doesn't work at all: tastes absolutely bad, spoiled, inedible! You should check your batches! Here is the code:
