Siamo stati qui in occasione della giornata di Grapperie Aperte (che consiglio a tutti gli amanti della grappa di tenere in considerazione per conoscere un po' di più questo mondo). In questa distilleria sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo: tutto viene fatto come una volta (il che vuol dire un lavoro davvero molto faticoso, ma un prodotto davvero molto particolare) e anche i locali sono tenuti così come apparivano anni e anni fa (per me è assolutamente da considerarsi un museo, un museo funzionante!). Grappe altrettanto soddisfacenti. prezzi ovviamente un po' altini, ma è capibile, visto il metodo di lavoro.
Lovely place. We were here on the day of Grapperie Aperte (which I recommend to all grappa lovers to consider to get to know this world a little more). In this distillery it seems to go back in time: everything is done as it used to be (which means a very tiring job, but a very special product) and even the premises are kept as they looked years and years ago (for me it is absolutely a museum, a working museum! Grappe equally satisfactory. prices obviously a little high, but it is understandable, given the working method.
