Brand obviously well known and appreciated by many, but I find the prices exaggerated for the quality of their clothing. I prefer other stores where the price / quality ratio is much higher.

Nice shop even if not well stocked compared to other stores (perhaps a bit small), but very helpful and kind staff and salespeople.

Bisognerebbe portare più attenzione nel gestire i clienti, usando la cura che contraddistingue marchi così importanti, gestiti ahimè a volte in modo grossolano e poco professionale.
I purchased a product from this business as a gift to a friend. The bitter surprise of not finding anything when opening the bag. More attention should be paid to managing customers, using the care that distinguishes such important brands, alas, sometimes managed in a coarse and unprofessional way.

Acquisto un secondo prodotto e beneficio dello sconto .
Essendo un regalo ho dovuto effettuare un cambio articolo e come per magia perdo lo sconto della promozione che mi si riduce a 34 euro .
Cosa più fastidiosa la medesima addetta che alle mie lamentele mi ride in faccia .
I went to the shop to buy a bag and the assistant informs me of a promo where by spending 200 euros I would have had a discount of 50 euros
Purchase a second product and benefit from the discount.
Being a gift I had to change the item and as if by magic I lose the discount of the promotion which is reduced to 34 euros.
What is more annoying is the same employee who laughs in my face at my complaints.
