★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesso super scortese,ha iniziato ad urlare senza motivo,solo perché stavamo provando degli occhiali davanti ad uno specchio,e che se avessimo dovuto provare gli occhiali dovevamo prima acquistarli…(tutto ciò non è assolutamente vero,i capi e gli accessori possono essere provati).non è modo di gestire la clientela,ho posato tutto ciò che volevo acquistare solo per questa persona ignobile..mi auguro che questo ragazzo vada via, potrebbe mandare in fallimento un negozio.
Ps: quando non avete voglia di stare a contatto con la gente,non scegliete questo tipo di lavoro,il vostro stato d’animo non può influenzare il nome di un “grande marchio”.

 Super rude salesman, he started screaming for no reason, just because we were trying on glasses in front of a mirror, and that if we had to try on glasses we had to buy them first ... (this is absolutely not true, the garments and accessories can be tried on ). it's no way to manage customers, I put down everything I wanted to buy just for this ignoble person..I hope this guy goes away, he could bankrupt a shop.
Ps: when you don't want to be in contact with people, don't choose this type of job, your mood cannot influence the name of a "great brand".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M è davvero uno dei miei negozi preferiti, soprattutto perché trovo sempre qualcosa di bello da comprare a parte il fatto che hanno un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unico problema (motivo per il cui metto 4 stelle e non 5) è che i commessi sono un po' sbadati, infatti mentre mi trovavo nel negozio è suonata diverse volte l'allarme a causa dei commessi che non toglievano l'apparato :// ma a parte questo ho trovato anche che il negozio era un po'piccolo mentre di merce c'è n'era tanta e quindi poco spazio per passare.
