Purtroppo é stata smarrita ma abbiamo ancora lo scontrino.
Chiamando il negozio ci è stato detto che l'unica cosa è bloccare la carta così nessuno la può utilizzare ma io ho perso i soldi. Sono 100 euro,non 10. Purtroppo non sono miliardaria e i soldi pesano. eccome.
Possibile che con lo scontrino e pagamento tracciato con bancomat io non possa fare niente???
É assurdo.
Io non me la prendo con i commessi perché so che si devono attenere a certe politiche interne (scorrette!!!!!!!), ma esistono le eccezioni, esistono le richieste ai superiori, cosa che però non è mai stata menzionata. (io lavoro in negozio da 10 anni e so come funzionano certe cose), quindi andrò in fondo alla cosa. E' assurdo che una società come la vostra non dia la possibilità di riemettere una gift card nel momento in cui una persona la perde ne chiede pure il blocco, NELLO STESSO GIORNO E A DISTANZA DI UN'ORA DALL'ACQUISTO DI QUELLA SMARRITA!!!!!!! Se potessi mettere 0, metterei 0, ovunque. NON METTERO' MAI PIU' PIEDE DA GUESS E FARO' UNA PESSIMA PUBBLICITA' AL VOSTRO ORRENDO E SCORRETTO SERVIZIO. che schifo. SALUTI.
I went to this p.v. and I bought a 100 euro gift card.
Unfortunately it has been lost but we still have the receipt.
Calling the shop we were told that the only thing is to block the card so no one can use it but I have lost my money. It's 100 euros, not 10. Unfortunately I'm not a billionaire and money weighs heavily. and how.
Is it possible that with the receipt and payment tracked by ATM I can not do anything ???

I don't take it out on shop assistants because I know that certain internal policies must be followed (incorrect !!!!!!!), but there are exceptions, there are requests to superiors, which has never been mentioned. (I've been working in the shop for 10 years and I know how certain things work), so I'll get to the bottom of it. It is absurd that a company like yours does not give the possibility to reissue a gift card when a person loses it even asks for it to be blocked, ON THE SAME DAY AND ONE HOUR FROM THE PURCHASE OF THE LOST ONE !!! !!!! If I could put 0, I'd put 0, everywhere. I WILL NEVER PUT FOOT OF GUESS AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE A BAD ADVERTISING AT YOUR HORROR AND INCORRECT SERVICE. how disgusting. CHEERS.
