★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo! Alle ore 20.20 mi viene detto che non posso più entrare in camerino per provare i costumi perchè il negozio è in chiusura, 40 minuti prima!!! Follia!! Darei meno di una stella!!
Terrible! At 20.20 I am told that I can no longer enter the dressing room to try on the costumes because the shop is closing, 40 minutes before !!! Folly!! I would give less than one star !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di intimo di una buona qualità. C'è tanta roba, ma soprattutto per le donne, per uomini pur troppo c'è poca scelta. Facile da raggiungere con la machina ma anche con la metro linea verde. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sempre cercano di aiutare, sorridente. Faccio spesso lo shopping in questo negozio e sempre rimango soddisfatto. Consiglio.
Intimate a good quality store. There is a lot of stuff, but above all for women, for men there is too little choice. Easy to reach with the car but also with the green metro line. Very nice and helpful staff, always trying to help, smiling. I often shop in this shop and always remain satisfied. Advice.

Excellent shop always stocked and tidy where to buy clothing and underwear for both women and men. The sales staff are always welcoming and willing to provide the necessary support !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un cambio merce di un regalo ricevuto. Mi hanno restituito il 50% del prezzo di acquisto perché quel capo aveva subito uno sconto al pubblico del 50%. Ho pagato il 100% del prezzo del nuovo acquisto perché non in saldo. Trovo queste regole"interne" inadeguate, vessatorie e prive di attenzione al cliente. Non entrerò mai più in un negozio TEZENIS e ne parlerò anche agli amici. Che si sappia per tempo e non alla cassa.
I have requested an exchange of a gift received. They gave me back 50% of the purchase price because that garment had received a 50% discount to the public. I paid 100% of the price of the new purchase because it is not on sale. I find these "internal" rules inadequate, vexatious and lacking in customer focus. I will never go into a TEZENIS store again and will also tell my friends about it. That is known in time and not at the checkout.

Small but cozy shop complete with every garment from underwear to costumes and clothes for both men and women; super helpful, kind and always ready to follow you personally.

Small shop but still with a good assortment, kind and helpful staff and a rather fast checkout service. Fair prices, in line with the other stores in the chain.
