Molto belli. Complimenti sinceri! I was not (yet) their client but I was struck by the design. Some sanitary ware have aesthetically remarkable plastic forms, I would say almost artistic. I due lavabi quasi subito hanno mostrato incrinature ma il vero incubo si è rivelato il water con relativo copriwater. Impossibile montare il secondo in modo fermo e preciso, si muove continuamente e i ganci si sono rotti ben due volte in pocp tempo. Pessimo acquisto! I bought a full bathroom a few years ago. The two washbasins showed cracks almost immediately but the real nightmare turned out to be the toilet with its toilet seat. Impossible to mount the second in a firm and precise way, it moves continuously and the hooks broke twice in a short time. Bad buy!

Oltre a quello ho problemi di pulizia. Quando tiro l acqua viene pulito l interno solo a metà, quel sistema di pulizia di scarico Smat Clean non esiste. Ho chiamato l assistenza e mi hanno detto che ero l unico a lamentarmi. L idraulico mi ha detto che ha un problema di ceramica dove scarica l acqua. Abbandonato a me stesso e costretto a cambiarli dopo un anno perché non seguito dall' assistenza. Unfortunately, I too was very disappointed ..... I	I K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio malgrado devo rilasciare questa recensione negativa su coperchi water soft close per modello Brio. Ho due water ed entrambi coperchi hanno dato i problemi, dopo 6 mesi il meccanismo soft close ha smesso funzionare, dopo di che a distanza di 2 anni un coperchio si è crepato e si è spezzato. Contattando l"azienda mi è stato comunicato che il meccanismo é molto delicato e che sono stata io a provocare il danno per non corretto utilizzo. Non so voi ma non mi ė mai capitato di utilizzare la propria cosa senza cura. Probabilmente la persona che mi ha risposto fa le misure su di sé. Vi sconsiglio questo prodotto per scarsa qualità e anche azienda che si permette di giustificare i defetti di propri prodotti con il cattivo utilizzo da parte del cliente. Considerando il prezzo pagato aspettavo qualità impeccabile. Ma non é così... Aggiungo in merito alla risposta, confermo di non aver fatto il corso per corretto utilizzo del coperchio Water. Ma non saprei un altro metodo che semplicemente aprire e chiudere. Probabilmente é un metodo non consono come specificate voi, ma a questo punto probabilmente il prodotto non è adatto all'utilizzo apri-chiudi. A cosa serve? L	Lorenzo Ottino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il copri water BRIO si è spaccato dopo nemmeno un anno. il meccanismo sali scendi è durato alcuni mesi. il rappresentante di zona non si è minimamente preoccupato della garanzia se non indicarmi dove andare ad acquistarne uno nuovo a mie spese. garanzia inesistente. inviato reclamo con foto direttamente all azienda tramite email e mai ricevuta una risposta. pessima esperienza. ho ristrutturato 2 bagni con i loro prodotti, che errore.. the BRIO toilet lid broke after less than a year. the up and down mechanism lasted a few months. the local representative did not bother in the least about the warranty other than showing me where to go and buy a new one at my expense. non-existent guarantee. sent a complaint with photos directly to the company via email and never received a reply. very bad experience. I renovated 2 bathrooms with their products, what a mistake ..
