Pessima esperienza, lavabo difettato e sostituito, piletta che si incastra quando si utilizza, WC difettato con colpa attribuita al cliente, piatto doccia rigato in prossimità dello scarico dopo averlo utilizzato al massimo 10 volte. Tutta estetica, zero qualità. Mai più.
We purchased toilet, bidet, sink and shower tray. Bad experience, defective and replaced washbasin, drain that fits when used, toilet defected with fault attributed to the customer, striped shower tray near the drain after using it at most 10 times. All aesthetics, zero quality. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato purtroppo una collezione Cielo da questa azienda, i due sanitari water e bidè abbinati al piatto doccia in ceramica. Pentiti dell'acquisto: il piatto doccia, arrivato dopo TRE MESI, è arrivato difettoso, con dei vistosi segni a forma di esagoni, che altro non era che il retro del piatto che è rimasto impresso al di sopra, in alcune parti si notava di più in altre meno, chiaramente un difetto e non il disegno del piatto (come si può vedere dalle foto del sito sono tutti lisci).
Lo rimando indietro e ne arriva un'altro con lo stesso difetto, (guarda caso dopo l'arrabbiatura, arriva in una settimana) pare un pò meno evidente ma sempre visibile, e sempre non uniforme ma a 'zone'!!
Anche se mi secca moltissimo, (mille euro di piatto) lo tengo ugualmente per non tardare ulteriormente i lavori di ristrutturazione.
Il sospetto è che ci abbiano rifilato lo stesso piatto (tagliato a 120 cm invece che 140, perchè avevano sbagliato anche le misure).
Inoltre l'idraulico, quando va per montare il bidè, si accorge che manca la piletta, che non era stata consegnata. Vado a ritirarla alnegozio sorvolando sulla mancata cosegna e la trovo rigata, me la consegnano in una scatolina aperta, non sigillata, senza neanche essere imbustata in un sacchettino di nylon, buttata lì così.
Come se non bastasse, il water ed il bidè, in vernice satinata, sono verniciati male, ma è un difetto che si vede solo in controluce od in certe angolazioni, tutta la superficie presenta delle macchie come se fossero il calcare di gocce d'acqua non asciugate.
Questa la qualità e la professionalità dell'azienda.

I send it back and another comes with the same defect, (coincidentally after the anger, it arrives in a week) it seems a little less evident but always visible, and always not uniform but in 'zones' !!
Even if it annoys me a lot, (a thousand euros per plate) I keep it equally so as not to delay the renovation further.
The suspicion is that they have trimmed the same plate (cut at 120 cm instead of 140, because they had also made the wrong measurements).
In addition, the plumber, when he goes to assemble the bidet, realizes that the drain is missing, which had not been delivered. I go to collect it from the store flying over the missed delivery and find it lined, they deliver it to me in an open, unsealed box, without even being wrapped in a nylon bag, thrown there like this.
As if this were not enough, the toilet and the bidet, in satin varnish, are badly painted, but it is a defect that can only be seen against the light or in certain angles, the whole surface has stains as if they were the limestone of water drops do not dry.
This is the quality and professionalism of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistati i sanitari per due appartamenti. Il quinto giorno di utilizzo, cade un deodorante (peso 44 grammi) e il lavabo di frattura. Nè il rivenditore (Veredil di Milano), nè Ceramiche Cielo, accettano di venirci incontro, asserendo che "con un oggetto PARTICOLARMENTE PESANTE, può capitare". Attenzione, levate tutti gli oggetti più pesanti di 20 grammi dal bagno, guai se vi scivolano...ahahahhaaah! Prodotti belli ma fragili. Servizio post vendita e intelligenza commerciale, voto ZERO. C'è di meglio a minor prezzo. (di lavoro ristrutturiamo appartamenti...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso fare commenti sulla qualità del prodotto ( avevo ordinato un piatto doccia in ceramica ) in quanto il primo si è rotto nel trasporto, il secondo spedito in sostituzione a tutt'oggi dopo 12 giorni risulta disperso sul territorio italico. Il rappresentante della Cielo ha detto che è colpa della sfortuna, peccato che non è il nome del trasportatore.
Come diceva un noto presentatore televisivo molto stimato in una pubblicità "meditate gente..meditate"
I cannot comment on the quality of the product (I had ordered a ceramic shower tray) as the first one broke during transport, the second sent as a replacement to this day after 12 days is missing in Italy. The representative of Heaven said it's bad luck, too bad it's not the name of the carrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato WC e bidet tinta bianco talco.Pessima esperienza, bidet con scarico difettoso e sostituito, WC rigato, esteticamente non sono male ma l’idraulico ha dovuto fare altri 100km a spese mie per reinstallarlo
Non vale la pena spendere tutti questi soldi e perdere tempo.
