★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima azienda. Solo dopo un anno dall'acquisto del water si stacca dello smalto, si evidenziano dei piccoli buchetti. Forse sono dei buchi d'aria, in ogni caso ci hanno piazzato un prodotto difettoso. La ditta con fatica ne invia un altro che arriva sbattuto, crepato. Fatto presente alla ditta stessa, fotografato il water arrivato, si rifiutano di rispedirne un altro, cercando di arrampicarsi sugli specchi inventandosi situazioni inesistenti e pretestuose. Contattato il corriere espresso, afferma che è in attesa dalla Artceram del reinvio del pezzo per poter indennizzare l'accaduto, in quanto i loro trasporti sono assicurati. Quindi è Artceram che non vuole rispedire e garantire i loro prodotti usciti difettosi dalla produzione! Pessima comunicazione, scortesi, mancanza totale del servizio post vendita. Marchio da evitare.

Very bad company. Only after a year from the purchase of the toilet does it come off the enamel, highlighting small holes. Maybe they are air holes, in any case they have placed a defective product. The company with difficulty sends another one that arrives slammed, cracked. Presented to the company itself, having photographed the toilet bowl, they refuse to send another one, trying to climb mirrors, inventing non-existent and specious situations. Contacted the express courier, he states that he is waiting for Artceram to resubmit the piece in order to compensate for the incident, as their transport is insured. So it is Artceram who does not want to send back and guarantee their defective products from production! Bad communication, rude, total lack of after-sales service. Brand to avoid.
