★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato dei sanitari dal Gruppo Quaranta. Mi sono stati consegnati senza imballaggio, senza scheda tecnica e soprattutto senza kit di fissaggio. Il rivenditore non ha riconosciuto l'errore e, dopo diverse discussioni, mi ha proposto di acquistare i kit di fissaggio da un negozio amico per €40 (per due sanitari). È stato molto difficile trovare dei kit compatibili, quasi nessuno li vende perché sono sempre forniti insieme ai sanitari. Alla fine li ho trovati a poco più di metà del prezzo proposto, e il negozio che me li ha venduti mi ha detto Gruppo Quaranta gli era noto perché non era nuovo a fare "guai".
 I purchased sanitary ware from the Quaranta Group. They have been delivered to me without packaging, without a data sheet and above all without a fixing kit. The retailer did not recognize the mistake and, after several discussions, he proposed to me to buy fixing kits from a friend shop for € 40 (for two sanitary fixtures). It was very difficult to find compatible kits, almost no one sells them because they are always supplied with the sanitary ware. In the end I found them just over half the price proposed, and the store that sold them to me told me Quaranta Group was known because it was not new to make "trouble".
