n	niktor thenat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato in questa concessionaria, e ho trovato l'auto che cercavo, grazie alla gentilezza di uno dei suoi venditori, il sig.Marmo, che mi ha accompagnato nel difficile percorso della scelta del giusto compromesso prezzo/auto, dato che come sempre, sono mille le combinazioni di versioni di auto (colori, accessori, servizi, metodi di pagamento), e con la sua pazienza e disponibilità, si è trovato quello che cercavo. Non ho trovato la stessa pazienza e disponibilità e professionalità nelle concessionarie di zona. In meno di 10 giorni, ha permesso la riuscita di questa necessità che avevo, consegnandomi l'auto, e spiegandomi, all'atto della consegna, sempre con pazienza, ogni dettaglio di funzionamento di dispositivi elettronici, non sempre facili da capire dai manuali. Per me 5 stelle meritate. Altre scelte, per carità, ma negli anni passati non avevo mai avuto una buona sensazione entrando nel salone e confrontandomi con il venditore di turno. Sicuramente il fatto di non essere predisposto all'acquisto avrà influito. Ultimamente, entrando per avere una valutazione della mia, ho conosciuto il signor Giovanni, che con la sua schiettezza e onestà mi ha fatto fare 4 stelle a questa recensione. Se riuscirà a farmi comprare una macchina darò la quinta, perché sicuramente mi tratterà bene all'acquisto e benissimo nel fondamentale post vendita. A presto... Lately, entering to get an evaluation of mine, I met Mr. Giovanni, who with his frankness and honesty gave me 4 stars in this review. Con la signora dell'accettazione, molto cordiale e gentile,concordiamo appuntamento e prezzo All'ora concordata mi presento per il ritiro dell'auto e, con molta meraviglia la trovo non solo tagliandata ma pure aspirata e lavata , consegnata come nuova. Ciliegina sulla torta mi fanno pure lo sconto sul prezzo concordato. Mai successo!!! Quindi non solo Piubelli ma anche cordiali, competenti, cortesi e non ultimo , che non guasta mai, simpatici. Nel salone adiacente tutto ordinato, gli altri due venditori hanno risposto per lo meno al mio saluto, ovviamente non hanno salutato loro per primi....... non mi hanno chiesto nulla, anzi ho dovuto iniziare a parlare io per prima. Quindi accoglienza zero e capacità avere a che fare col pubblico, zero. At the entrance, the two gentlemen, sellers, do not even deign to you a greeting, much less a glance.
