Il personale dell'ufficio è molto competente, professionale e disponibile. Dopo la perizia sullautovettura mi è stata pressoché confermata l'offerta che avevo ricevuto on line. Pratiche burocratiche (a loro carico) espletate rapidamente e bonifico ricevuto entro 24 ore! Nonostante la mia innata diffidenza nei confronti delle offerte on line, devo dire che tutto è organizzato in modo serio, onesto e professionale! Tale mi è stata confermata anche nel centro. In due ore ho venduto la macchina. I soldi sul conto sono arrivati dopo 48 ore. Absolutely satisfied. All'arrivo sul posto un gentilissimo Giancarlo dopo aver fatto un giro di prova e esaminato in modo molto scrupoloso la mia auto confermava il prezzo nonostante non avessi consegnato il treno gomme invernali Audi perche' non portato con me. 600/700 euro euro di valore ancora in mio possesso. Sottolineo che la valutazione era stata fatta con 2 treni e la conferma a tablet chiusa a stesso prezzo nonostante la mancanza delle ruote complete. Accettato il contratto mi si davano 7 gg di tempo per pensarci con l'unica clausola che in caso di sforamento di 500 km la vettura sarebbe stata di nuovo valutata. Lunedi 15.30 la consegna, 10 minuti per rifare contratto con km e data aggiornati e ci recavamo in agenzia pratiche auto poco distante. Romina al desk gentilissima, chiara su tutto il contratto e davvero professionale. Oggi giovedi 17 alle 13.00 mi trovo i soldi sul conto. BRAVI davvero!!!!! La valutazione fatta online è stata giusta e mi è stata confermata in filiale dopo l’ispezione. Il pagamento mi è arrivato dopo esattamente 36 ore dalla firma in agenzia. Assolutamente consigliato. De segnalare che gli altri commercianti auto di Asti mi avevano parlato malissimo di Noicompriamoauto e avevano cercato di convincermi a non portare l’auto da loro, offrendomi cifre molto più basse per la mia auto (anche il 30% in meno di noicompriamoauto).
